How can I automate or manage 2-step verification when using gmail activities or when automating email sign-in?

Hi @Sankaraveni_M

You have to do it manually there is no option to do 2 step verification

but for gmail you can get app password and use gmail.

Enabling Gmail for Email Activities.

Similarly for other emails also you need to create other methods like oauth or clientsecret etc
