A tiny tip: Very often I use CSV (Comma Separated Value) files to persist data, which I need for different invokes of workflows in UiPath. CSV files are easy to handle and easy to read respectively edit, inside and outside of UiPath. The output of the Read CSV activity is a Data Table, with all its possibilities. In my opinion is a CSV file a great possibility.
For a better handling outside of UiPath I use the free software CSVPad. It is handy CSV editor, it support’s unicode and it is a portable application - only one ZIP file. CSVpad can manipulate cells, columns and rows, and exports CSV files into different formats, if it is necessary. It is a very cool addition.
Addendum 10.09.2022: CSV Pad is available and works without any problems with OS Windows 11.
