Business Case once the process is completed it should go back to the Master file and update status column as Success + TimeStamp…

Timestamp can be simply obtained using Now.ToString

If you want to write anything to a particular cell in the excel, you can simply use write cell activity so that it will update the status for that particular row @jimmy_jos1
