What is UiPathRemoteBinding and ExecutorBinding in UiPath.Service.Host.exe.config.???

We are using Mainframe application + Web application in a process. But often UIPath Exector stopped working error. I can see that while executing in Mainframe application.

Where do I define the memory limit? (example: Increasing memory Heap size in Eclipse, Java)
