Time Out Issues while scheduling job from Back Office

Hello Everyone,

We have three production servers. All the processes are running properly on one server but when the user interface comes we are getting this Timeout reached issue on rest of the two server.

Can you please help to resolve this issue

Are you using same user credentials for those applications in all servers ?

And also is the application single sign or what ?

Yes I am using the same credentials for all three servers.

Manually try to login with same credentials at the same time in all servers and try it once.
