Time out exception in scheduler

Hi,
I have a problem to run scheduler, when scheduler is run at that time it doesn’t found the element on browser, and browser has available there element in active page.

I think so there is an issue in focus of browser element, and i had also try to hover there element but mouse doesn’t hover on it.

Is there any solution for same??
