Over the past weeks, we faced the biggest challenge of the year, and we are deeply humbled. More than 1,400 projects were started for this year’s UiPath AgentHack, nearly 1,900 builders started a project, and over 500 from every corner of the globe submitted their work, and 203 solutions made it into judging across the three tracks: UiPath Maestro Case, UiPath Maestro BPMN, and UiPath Test Cloud. The creativity, the ambition, and the agentic automation magic you all brought exceeded anything we hoped and dreamed for.

And much like yesterday’s World Cup final, this one went deep into extra time, if they needed 106 minutes to separate two great teams, imagine our evaluators trying to separate 203 great projects. :soccer_ball::trophy:

We are extremely grateful to every single person who built, submitted, and shared a solution, we know how much time and effort went in doing that are we respect all of you for it! Reviewing your work was a privilege, and choosing between so many thoughtful, high-impact projects was tougher than ever. In the end, only 31 finalists, so fewer than 1 in 6 of the judged solutions, could go through, and now it’s time to shine a spotlight on them.

I was one of the 203 who made it to judging with LexWatch, my AI powered regulatory compliance agent built on UiPath Maestro BPMN.
Not making the finals stings a little but reading this post reminds me that getting into judging out of 1400+ projects is something to be proud of.

The comparison to extra time in the World Cup is perfect. I can only imagine how hard it was to separate 203 strong projects.

Thank you to the entire UiPath team for running such a well organized hackathon. Was actually my first attempt and I learned more in these few weeks than I have in months. LexWatch is just the beginning and I will be back stronger next time.

Thank you so much for this message. It means a lot.

This was indeed my first UiPath hackathon and honestly it has been
one of the best learning experiences I have had as a developer.
Building LexWatch from scratch in a few weeks, deploying it on
UiPath Automation Cloud, and seeing it actually pull live regulatory
data and create cases automatically, that felt incredible.

I would love to receive the personalized feedback when you have time.
I want to understand exactly what I can do better so that next time
I am not just in the judging pool but in the finals.

You and the team ran an amazing hackathon. The communication
throughout was warm and professional and that made a big difference
especially for a first timer like me.

I will definitely keep building and stay involved in the UiPath
Community. LexWatch is just the beginning.

I want to start by sincerely congratulating all the incredible teams and participants who made it to the finals of UiPath AgentHack. Seeing the technical level and innovation from this community has truly been inspiring! :clap::rocket:

As for me, I feel infinitely proud to present ClearPath Health, a project that I designed and developed entirely on my own and that managed to position itself among the global finalists of this edition. :trophy:

Although I couldn’t make the live presentation during the final evaluation due to language barriers, the experience of building this system over the past 7 weeks has been unforgettable and filled with learning.

ClearPath Health is an agent-based automation solution built on the UiPath Platform, focused on solving complex operational challenges in the healthcare sector. By orchestrating AI agents, process automation, and interaction with human professionals (human-in-the-loop), the system aims to optimize critical workflows with total business reliability.

@DeaTo I am the founder of Crucible, the resilient tester for AI agents. I won as the 2nd position, the runner up, and i got the email that finalized and confirmed my position

But by the time Devpost made their post, another project called Crucible was announced as the winner. He did not even qualify for the finalists round

I did a research and found out my project name in the link was cricible. Please help me reach out to them to make the necessary changes and adjustments
