There are no NonProduction runtimes configured on this machine

Hello

I get the error " There are no NonProduction runtimes configured on this machine." on orchestrator Test tenant when trying to assign my machine to a trigger…

I have two testing licences

When i run a robot on the machine directly I have no issue, however my triggers don’t work

Hi @adext,

To be able to run your process from orchestrator(via triggers), refer below steps:

The error “No production runtimes available” on UiPath Orchestrator occurs when a user is connected to Orchestrator but doesn’t have unattended runtimes. To fix this error, you can allocate unattended licenses for the robot machine.

Steps to allocate unattended licenses

  1. Go to Tenant
  2. Select Machines
  3. Select Runtime details
  4. Select Production (Unattended)
  5. Allocate unattended licenses for the robot machine

You can also check if there are available licenses for the user or robot in the License section of the Orchestrator service.

Other things to check

  • If the runtime information is not visible, check if the license type is assigned to the service in the Automation Cloud platform
  • If the user is not mapped to the folder in the Modern folder, assign the user to the folder
  • Check the available purchased license and update the license type in Robot settings

hi

i’m confused … is a testing licence not an unattended licence ?

Hi @adext,

which orchestrator version you are using? Are you on enterprise edition or community one?

Please see below documentations for info on type of licenses:
