May be you are trying to open a very old process in latest studio

Try to upgrade or change the system activities version and check

Possibly, while the rest of the bot code is fine, I will try to upgrade the dependency version，thanks.

Install the package UiPath.System.Activities

Also read through this to know reason for the issue.
