How to resolve The user XXX \ XXX from machine XXXXX is already used by another robot error during robot creation?

Pre 2019.10

Check the ‘Robots’ tab on Orchestrator and make sure there is no other robot with the same username on that machine. Orchestrator will not allow provisioning two robots on the same machine for the same user.

Post 2029.10

Check the ‘Monitoring’ → ‘Robots’ tab on Orchestrator. This view will allow you to see all provisioned robots. Check to make sure that there is no other Robot with the same username and machine name. Orchestrator will not allow provisioning two robots on the same machine for the same user.

This view will show robots provisioned across all folders.
