Resolution when Library fails during publishing to Orchestrator from Studio 22.10 .

Issue Description: The error happens when publishing the Library from Studio 2022.10.3 (Windows Legacy compatibility).
The UiPath.System.Activities was upgraded to version 22.10.3.

Error message: The type 'ILocalResource' is defined in an assembly that is not referenced. Add a reference to assembly 'UiPath.Platform, Version=22.10.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.

Resolution:

  • Add the UiPath.Platform here in the Imports tab, under Imported namespaces.
