The Text box value not replacing even though is empty field true, it is appending to old value which causing issue, could you please below screen shot, please help me how to clear the old value from text box always.

Have you tried with Simulate click true option and click before typing true ?
No we didnot

actual— 10 MAIN STREET
getting like this ---- 10 MAIN STREET 12 MAIN STREET
it should get or replace 12 MAIN STREET

- Click before type
- Simulate
You need to enable these options…

in the properties panel for type into activity check Empty field property. The old value will be cleared in this case

Already Empty field property enabled still getting this some times not all the cases
Do one thing…use type into and pass empty string first and then use another type into with actual value
