The template Orchestration Process could not be found. Would you like to remove it from the recently used list?
Issue Description
After upgrading UiPath Studio to a version >=2025.0.x, the Orchestration Process template can no longer be found in UiPath Studio Templates.
Root Cause
This behavior is expected starting with UiPath Studio >=2025.0.x.
The UiPath Studio Product team decided to remove the template from the list of built-in templates as it’s out of date and doesn’t bring value.
Resolution
For clean UiPath Studio installations, the Orchestration Process is no longer visible as a template option:
For upgrades from prior UiPath Studio versions (<2025.0.x), the Orchestration Process pin is still present, and when clicked, behaves as a regular removed template - it displays a pop-up message that the template is no longer available and that the user can remove it from backstage.
The only option is to click on Yes on the information pop-up message to remove the mentioned template.

UiPath replaced the Orchestration Process with a Long Running Automation template, using the Long Running Workflow canvas. For larger, more complex processes, UiPath recommends this canvas.

- Download the UiPath.Template.OrchestrationProcess.24.10.0.nupkg file from UiPath Studio 24.10.x
- As an Administrator user in the new UiPath Studio >=2025.0.x, add the UiPath.Template.OrchestrationProcess.24.10.0.nupkg file under the C:\Program Files\UiPath\Studio\TemplatePackages folder path (the root path may differ based on the location where UiPath Studio was installed)
- Open UiPath Studio 2025.0.161 -> Templates -> search for Orchestrator -> click on Orchestrator Process -> Use Template
