"The specified folder does not exist"!

Hi, I am using the ‘Get outlook mail message’ activity and for some reason, I keep getting this error: “The Specified folder does not exist”. Its just “Inbox” that I am going in to get emails. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Hi @jaspreet1003

You give a try with 3 methods.

  1. Give a account name in the properties in which you want to read a mail.

2.Try with the “yourmaild/Inbox”

3.Close the Outlook and run the outlook as adminstrator and run the process.
