I tried it with account name , without it , restarting and updating everything , didn’t work .
even tried some solutions found in forum didn’t help ,
not language problem either . anyone has solution to it?

Go to outlook options …and select programmatic access if missing
Also somethings nameinoutlook\Inbox also would work

Are you using the desktop outlook activity? And do you have the desktop version of outlook installed on your computer?
From your screenshot it looks like you are either using the windows mail app, or maybe the new beta outlook app, which probably will not work. The new beta outlook app doesn’t use .pst files, doesn’t store emails on your desktop, doesn’t have VBA or developer tools… so I would assume it doesn’t work with UiPath.
