The remote name could not be resolved?

Hi all. I am trying to use Orchestrator Enterprise Edition (installed via the .msi file on one Virtual Machine) to run a robot installed on another VM. When I try to connect the robot, I get this issue:

probably this may happen your robot on VM couldn’t able to communicate with Orchestrator server. did you checked proxy / firewall settings?

Yes, as @pathrudu suggested, it looks like a connectivity problem between the robot machine and Orchestrator. Can you access the Orchestrator in a browser from the robot machine?
