The Queue Transaction is still In Progress

HI All,

Some times in Orchestrator Queue the Transactions are still In Progress but they are already updated the Data Base and finished the actual process.

Did not clearly understand why the those (2) transactions are still In Progress.

In the machine no process is running but the queue transaction status is In Progress.

Can somebody help me to understand the reason behind this scenario.

Can you check that is there any issue while updating the transaction status to success

Check the Orchestrator database storage also

As it is happening sometimes, so try to make a flow to retry the InProgress to fail and retry the same Queue Item

Debug the entire flow which will help you to understand the issue

Sure will look into the issue where the robot updating the status and in Orchestrator database.
