What exactly is changing with the deprecation of UiPath Processes?

The UiPath Processes is being deprecated and will no longer be supported after February 28, 2026. Please switch to UiPath Assistant for all future use.

  1. What exactly is changing with the deprecation of UiPath Processes?

The Processes service page is scheduled for deprecation starting April 30, 2026. Beginning with that date, the page will no longer be supported. To run Orchestrator processes, use Assistant Web as an alternative.

  1. Will the transition to UiPath Assistant be handled automatically, or will we need to take specific steps to migrate our existing processes?

No. You will need to run Orchestrator processes using Assistant or Assistant Web, as an alternative.

  1. Are there any technical or configuration changes required on our end to ensure a smooth transition?

If you are using a standalone Assistant, we recommend using the latest supported versions, to ensure you benefit from the latest updates and bug fixes. Please test your Orchestrator automations and ensure you're able to successfully run them from Assistant. The hardware and software requirements for the standalone Assistant are available here, should you choose that option instead of Assistant Web.
