I am trying to create NonProduction type of robot and get this mistake.
I have 5 NonProduction Robots that are able to execute [info from License page]
As I understand, i should allocate licenses to tenant

Article says
In the Tenants page, click the More Actions button for a tenant and select Allocate Licenses .

but i can’t find More Actions button. please help.

Welcome to the community !

I hope you are using on-prem orchestrator. More Actions button is the three dots as shown in the below image:

Note: If you are using cloud orchestration the procedure is completely different.
