Hello,

In order to calculate the best amounts and have a reflection of the impact of an RPA project in a production environment, what do you consider that are the most useful indicators and units to measure profitability?
Like FTE, ROI and also KPIs

We normally see parameters like Returns for each transaction, Time saved, FTE saved etc
