"The method or operation is not implemented" error

Hi,
I am doing a practical exercise where I need to do the following tasks:
1, Read some values(say year) from an excel file.
2. Go to a website with list of links that contains ‘Year’ values at the end of each link.
3. Bot needs to click the link based on the ‘Year’ value it has fetched from excel file.
I tried to use Click Text activity but every time it gives an error message “The method or operation is not implemented”. Can anyone help me out with this please. Thanks
