The job triggered manually is getting queued and not getting triggered

After the job been scheduled in the orchestrator and while manually running the job,why is it getting in the queue and not running at the time of triggering manually.

you can check the connection between machine and assistant and orchestrator. If it is diconnected it may give problem.

  1. Check Robot Availability: Ensure that the robot you are triggering the job for is available and connected to UiPath Orchestrator. If the robot is disconnected or unavailable, it won’t be able to pick up the job from the queue.
  2. Robot Status: Verify that the robot’s status is “Available” in UiPath Orchestrator. If the status is “Busy” or “Disconnected,” it won’t be able to take on additional jobs.
