May I know the possible root cause on why the folder is not yet existing in Sharepoint but it says that it does exists? Thank you.

Try following

  1. Refresh the SharePoint and confirm that the folder is not created
  2. Enable the replace option for the property - If Folder already exist and see if it is working fine or not. Share your observations

Thank you for the reminder. However in the url that I set, the folder that I am looking for is already existing.

Which means - the error message is correct rite. You are trying to create a folder which already exist in the URL and the BOT is throwing error. if you wish to replace even if the folder exist - Change the below option
