The extension '.pdf' does not have a known content type defined

I am facing an issue while using the Digitize Document activity in Document Understanding in UiPath. The error message I am receiving is:

“The extension ‘.pdf’ does not have a known content type defined.”

I am using document path that is added in queue

Invalid PDF File Format or Corrupt PDF

The PDF file may be damaged or not a valid PDF format.

Hi @Tanvi_Borole,

Are you getting this error for only 1 specific pdf files or all .pdf files?

Can you try with some another pdf file and check? It may be the case issue is for a specific .pdf file only
