The error of the process cannot access the file

Can anyone solve the problem below. The error pop up when run the publish process.

Check if that file mentioned in the screenshot is open in the background. Or any other text editing tool which is using the file.

Yes, the file is opened in “Java™ Platform SE binary”

While publishing the process, the files included in the project directory should not be in use by other applications. Kindly close that application and try to publish again.
