The element fails after few min

The element get highlighted when the page is loaded. But after few min the bot is unable to identify the element. I need to refresh the page again, but when I do that the filled in form details are lost. I’m stuck in this loop of refresh fill refresh.

Tried all possible ways to make the selector stable
