i have directly uploaded the 2 pdf files in the IXP, but it is not detecting the fields values.
Is the taxonomy updated?
also try with a better prompt if its already having fields
also better check the netowkrs tab in inspect menu to see if anything is failing

could you show us the defined taxonomy ?
Define the taxonomy first then you can upload the documents. Click on Manage taxonomy and setup the taxonomy.

yes you need to add the all the elements that you want extract from the document.
