The dashboard in Tenant tab in UiPath cannot be viewed

Hi,

Good Day.

I cannot be able to view the existing dashboard in Tenant tab even though I have admin and viewer access in it. May I know what is the cause and solution for this one? Thank you.

Check folder access – switch to the folder where the dashboard is saved.

Ensure Insights is enabled under Tenant → Licenses.

Verify your role has View Dashboards and View Insights permissions.

Refresh or clear browser cache.

Pls try with another browser. Check Insights service status and connection with Orchestrator.
