Resolution for the Cube that cannot be built - Java Error Thrown In UiFrost Log.

Issue Description:
The cube cannot be built. The error in UiForst log (from the path C:\ProgramData\Sisense\DataConnectors\JVMContainer\Connectors\UiFrost) is : 2022-05-31 07:52:55,185 ERROR c.s.c.l.ContainerLauncher [main] Couldn't load specified connector: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sisense.connectors.jdbc.UiFrost


Investigation Steps:

  1. Try to restart both services
  • Sisense.CLRConnectorsContainer
  • Sisense.JVMConnectorsContainer

by inputting again the customer user and passwords but the second service give an Java error and is unable to restart.

  1. The user does not have enough privileges to run the services.


Resolution:

  • Provide the correct permissions to the user.

Now the rebuild should be successful.
