According to the official documentation, there seems to be a default tenant, but it does not seem to have been automatically generated.
After adding a tenant, it was found that there were no services added and there was no response
Several users have reported a similar issue, so it appears there is some sort of bug in the provisioning of new users in Community. Try hooking in to the existing topics and see what UiPath replies, you need to wait in the meantime I think as Community doesn’t have dedicated support.
