The chosen domain cannot be reached

Hi Uipath users

I’m trying to add a domain user in Orchestrator but I’m getting the following message:
The chosen domain cannot be reached.
I’ve tried many possibilities, Full domain name, domain displayed after typing whoami but nothing works :frowning:
Please help

Hi,
The user that you are trying to add is in the same domain as the Orchestrator server?

Hi there, same problem here. We have the Orchestrator in DomainA we have users in DomainB and DomainC. There are trusts between all domains. However we are able to provision users in DomainA and DomainB but not from DomainC…
Please advise!
