The browser is not installed

hi dears,

I’m facing this issue in studio:
I’m trying to open browser with chrome and receiving this error and when open event viewer this error occurred:

UiPath.service.host xxx 22.4.4.0 finished with stopped was cancelling remoteException wrapping system.exception: job xxx was stopped forced.

**

in test environment every thing works fine but when deploying in production appears, and the production have another process using same activity and work fine

any help please.

Could you check if you have same version of bot in test and production environment?

I am just guessing , you can try to search this UiPath.service.host from task manager and check if it is running , if running try to stop and restart it .

it was that the credential that we logged in the server does not have access to chrome so we installed chrome with the same creational that should run the process .
