The Bot doesnt write on the case, the pop up window is grey, how can i do to let the bot write on the case even when the pop up window is grey

What do you mean by grey , Like can you type there manually when it is grey?

its like the window is not selectionned, the bot type in the empty, the issue is sometimes its working and sometimes no

If you are able to write manually then you can write with bot as well else no

If manually it works then try with using a activate or hover activity and then try the tupe into activity

Or in type into select activate and click before typing and check if it works
