The best way to implement a single point of entry for automation users (web app, bpm, other tools)

Hi! I wonder what is the best or appropriate way to enable end users (who actually run unattended bots and use outputs from them) with launching and monitoring bots (dashboards). Please read below the description of the problem. If you have any thoughts, please share.

:mag_right: The problem
Users want to send tasks (fill in parameters, attach files) to bots, check statuses of their tasks and get outputs in real time, also see current workload of bots (to manage their time efficiently). Users have access to different bots and want to have a single point of entry where they can launch and monitor all available bots.

:no_entry_sign: Not the best solution
Users send emails to the dedicated mailbox and get email notifications.

:bulb: Potential directions
Maybe here we can integrate some sort of Power App or BPM system (e.g., Joget) which could present a single point of entry for bot users. Important: users should have access to all bots, not just one.

We can consider using insights and uipathappps as well.

And yes power apps is a good solution and we can leverage a datatable or sharepoint site for data and to communicate woth UiPath can integrate power automate as a bridge…

Both works …but yes powers apps ahas more capabilities as of now than UiPath apps currently

Cheers

Thanks. I also consider building a separate web app (e.g., with django) from which business users could trigger any automation available across the organisation.
