How to resolve when the error "Cannot install Test Manager with Error code: 10 IDENTITY_ERROR_USER_LOGIN" ?

This error occurs when the credentials of “admin” user are provided wrongly in the installation window of Test Manager. Reapplying correct credentials shall resolve the issue.

However, it is advisable to login into Orchestrator using those credentials to ensure there are no issues with the credentials.
