Test Manager & Azure DevOps: Erroneous Description Synchronization

when integrating Test Manager (Community Edition) with the Azure DevOps (Cloud), then the description of the user stories in Test Manager shows div tags (see screenshot).

The user story in Azure DevOps looks like this:
