Test Automation - Not able to run test cases from Orchestrator

Hello Community,

I am working on a test manager, I built a small test case and published it in Orchestrator, but after publishing I couldn’t trigger the test automation in automation. Could anyone please assist me with this, the screenshot of the orchestration is attached below for reference.

The testing licensing is also allocated to users. even though it is not working

Following Error is appearing when ever I am trying to start Job

@Sushma_Ganapatisa ,

You may chosen the entry point wrong change it from default to Main and try to execute once

Hi Sushma,

You can trigger the test case from Testing tab.

  1. Click the Testing tab
  2. Create Test set by grouping your test cases and then you can trigger it manually or you can schedule it to run.

Hi Sushma,

you can also refer this documentation from UiPath.

Hi @Sushma_Ganapatisa ,

If you are able to find the solution, Can you please mark this as solved.

Thank you

Hi @neethu.krishnan6

I followed the steps and gave execution for the test case selecting the user and machine even though it is in pending state

Yes, Did you allocated the Testing licence to your robot? can you please check if there any robot/machines added in the Development Folder. if not please add it.

Please click manage access and give access to your account.

Steps to check:

  1. please create an Unattended setup for adding the Test robot by clicking the below highlighted button.Then assign the License to this robot.

    Follow the below link for creating unattended setup for self hosted machine.
    Orchestrator - Accessing the unattended robot setup

  2. Assign that robot to Development folder

  3. Check that robot is connected to the orchestrator. If nor please connect it

Hope this will help you to solve the issue.
Thank you

I Checked before only, The Robot is connected and The Robot is assigned to the Folder also

Testing license is allocated to Robot. Even though its not executing

@Sushma_Ganapatisa ,

Can you please check in UiPath orchestrator settings preference? if it is connected as unattended like below
image
Because I have used Machine name and its credential while creating unattended robot. We will get one client ID and secret after robot creation. I used that credential for connecting my robot to orchestrator. I saw in your screenshot its a template like aa@gmail.com workspace machine. did you tried with Client ID and secret for robot connection?.

Hope this will help you.
Thanks
