Terminal session getting disconnected and closed

Hi,

I am using IBM personal communication to connect to As400 terminal.
In POC the workflow was working fine but now on UAT when we are processing Large files, the system takes some time hardly like 5-6 seconds and during that time, the terminal automatically closes and then the next step in workflow gives error saying - Terminal session not found.

Have you checked Close Connection option in Terminal Session activity ?
