HI team,
I am unable to create a new tenant on orchestrator. it shows following error:

Sorry! An error occurred and the page will reload (#199 - Failed to register a ServiceWorker: The script resource is behind a redirect, which is disallowed. (#18)). Although I have created account on uipath.

Please share a screenshot. From where you try to create a new tenant

it does not show options for assets and robots.

Click on Services and then clicking your tenant name after that your tenant page open in a new tab and you able to see asset and all other tabs
Let me know if you have to face an issue.
