When creating a learning account, several students encountered the same error: the tenant was not created automatically. We tried to create it manually, but the configuration got stuck in an infinite loop. Now we can’t delete the created tenant, and it’s blocking progress in the course because students can’t use the study environment since no orchestrator or tenant linked to the organization was created for them. I see in the forum that this already happened in 2020 and that it is an internal error. I also cannot create a support ticket since I am a community member and not a business.
In 2020, @Raisa_Bragarea and @logginerror responded and resolved it internally. Could you please help me?
