Hello everyone,
I was checking the Orchestration Process template but it is not found in studio desktop templates. I did check the documentation but it says it’s available.
I am using Studio Desktop 2025.10.1 LTS Enterprise Trial.
Anyone have any idea why it’s not visible?
One possible reason could Automation OPS policy. Please check if you have any policy.
I am not aware of such a template named like that.
What documentation are you using that says to expect that name? I suspect you either are getting the wrong name if this is one from UiPath or the marketplace, or if its a local one done by your organization perhaps its not in the correct area you are working.
Edit: I saw the one you wanted based on another post.
These days you want to use the template ‘Long Running Workflow’.

@Jon_Smith, there was a UiPath template with this name, I did build couple of processes 2 years back using that template and it was quite good. Documentation is also available and it does not mention that it is deprecated or removed.

Makes sense now you provided the documentation. Its now under a template for ‘Long Running’ automations using the new BPMN canvas developed in 2024 and released last year.
@Jon_Smith thanks, I did check that template also, but it is blank, it comes with blank BPMN canvas and doesn’t have any pre-build framework or components.
You mean the snippet type things that are referenced in the document you say?
They can be done differently, but indeed the persistence package is not considered a default in that template but can easily be added. Regardless thats the intended way to build long running workflows now instead of a flowchart.
