Telerik controls and keyboard lag/flicker

I’m trying to automate a desktop application which has a mix of native and telerik controls. I can type into the native textbox but I can’t with the telerik controls. I don’t get the popup dialog for typing text. Also there is keyboard lag and flicker on the controls, which might be an issue with Telerik controls themselves. Anyone else had similar issues?

What do you mean by you don’t get the popup dialog? Are you expecting the system to show up some pop up where you got to type in or are you referring to the input dialog activity UiPath has?
