What you will be doing:

Understand and document business requirements through partnerships with business process owners
Provide technical expertise and guidance to production support staff, including key integration points between systems
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for configuration changes
Design, develop, and maintain automation assets that increase the functional capacity of business users, business platforms including SAP S4/HANA
Understand business drivers that will impact performance
UiPath RPA development and platform administration
Build organizational capability through continuous improvement activities; originate action to improve existing conditions and processes; identify improvement opportunities, generate ideas, and implement solutions
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and create end-to-end process recommendations
Define the technical framework of automation projects
Understand business drivers that will impact performance
Capture the Business and or Financial Impact, using reporting to track effectiveness
Oversee and fix any defects or performance problems discovered during the lifecycle of delivered automations
Creation of and adherence to documentation for traceability and audit

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

Expert-level MS Excel Proficiency
2+ yrs. of UiPath development and Orchestrator administration experience
Experience authoring solutions to business problems using a scripting language
2+ yrs. SAP S/4 HANA experience
Experience developing and deploying assisted and unassisted RPA robots
5+ yrs. of technical business process automation experience
