Technical issue in Advance Certification

Hi team,

I have an issue regarding certification exam, on 27/03/2021 I given the exam of UI Path advance certification and there is some technical glitch over come there that after 30 questions I am not able to go for next question there is chat window got opened and I am not able to close it. And on the other side the proctor who is watching I told him many time that close the window and 4-5 proctor were changed but any of them was not helped me and my time got esclaped. I am trying to calling the customer care no. Of “Onvue” but due to weekend it was not connected and now I am trying to call them they are not responding. Now please help me to that whom I should co-ordinat for my issue. Because 239$ is big amount including tax it’s 18k approx INR so I am not able give that amount just facing a technical issue which is not even my side.
