I’m using the Microsoft Teams → Send Group Chat Message activity.
The message is successfully posted to the group chat — the text and file link appear correctly — but no one in the chat receives a notification or alert.
When users open Teams, the message is already marked as read.
Here’s what I’ve already checked:
Teams notification settings for all members are normal (they get notifications for other chats).
Message posts fine, but no “new message” alert or unread highlight appears.
