Hi @Anil_G Thanks for the reference info! The reason was that I had specified the “ChannelId” incorrectly. I re-specified it based on the URL page you provided and was able to send the message successfully. thank you.

Can you try clicking on ‘plus’ and then give the value in advanced editor or select from the menu you see
