When a Process Owner creates a new Task Mining project by clicking the ‘Capture with Task Mining’ button in the Idea-Documentation tab, I would like to have other Idea collaborators be granted permission to the Task Mining project automatically.
In the current state, I submit the idea as CoE product owner and add a process owner to the Idea. When that Process Owner creates the new Task Mining project by clicking ‘Capture with Task Mining’, I don’t have permission to the Task Mining project (even though I am in the Administrators group in Task Mining).
Am I missing something in how to configure permissions across these products.
Note I am referencing my experience using these products in Automation Cloud.
