Task Mining AQS0001

Issue Description: After creating a user account and installing the Task Mining Application on the user's desktop PC the following error occurs " AQS0001: Queue is not running queue didn’t launch or was closed by the user " .

Resolution: Issues uploading recorded data to TM project. TM build with buggy OCR module (21.7).
