Task is not running when user is not logged on or not option is selected

Hi,
I am trying to run a Uipath task from task scheduler. I was able to run the task when “Run only when user is logged in” selected. Unable to run when “Run whether user is logged on or not” is selected.I need the task to be run when user is not logged in. please help!!
