When Check App State has fuzzy selector as a target identification, it still using strict selector and not identifying the element. How to fix it?

Check the targeting methods from the properties panel of the Check app state and if the Strict is selected then change it to fuzzy.

Are you indicated the text or region i.e, indicating whole popup or some text inside it

Thank you. Fuzzy is selected.
Strict has “htmlwindowname” which is getting grayed out, and this changes from time to time, making check app state fail.

So I am not understanding how strict selector is acting, when fuzzy is selected.

The strict will have the data but the check app state will completely work on the basis of the targeting methods so the fuzzy is selected in the targeting methods. @A_Learner

The Fuzzy will act over there.
